Conducted by an accredited certification body, the SOC (Service Organization Control) 2 Type 2 certification for the expert.ai Platform applies a meticulous examination of expert.ai ISQMS (Information Security & Quality Management System) policies and procedures related to cybersecurity and privacy. Main criteria covered by a SOC 2 Type 2 report include:
Cybersecurity — Protects information and services from any unauthorized access.
Availability — Customers can readily access the system, services and information.
Processing integrity — Assuring that the system/service is complete, valid, accurate, timely and authorized to fully satisfy the entity’s objectives.
Confidentiality — Secures sensitive information with appropriate controls.
Privacy — Works in accordance with the company’s privacy notice and related privacy standards (GDPR, Privacy Shield).
