The fifth official meeting of the Network Centric Warfare Europe was held in Prague from June 4th to June 7th. This is the most important European meeting which focuses on both operational and strategic military objectives.
General Inspector Pietro Finocchio, who is the General Director of TELEDIFE (General Direction of Telecommunications, Informatic, and Advanced Technology), attended the conference.
In his presentation entitled “Progress To Date On The Implementation And Exploitation Of Italian Network Centric Capabilities,” General Finocchio discussed, among other topics, Expert System’s solutions, which he described as the best tools to manage and correlate relevant information essential to military analysts.
