CTIA-The Wireless Association® – an international organization founded in 1984, representing all sectors of wireless communications – has selected among more than 300 candidates Cogito Answers, the semantic software which streamlines the customer’s experience and provides a convenient and accurate method to access your premium knowledge-base.
Cogito Answers also won the Global Mobile Award 2009 for the category of Best Billing or Customer Care Solution (Barcelona, February).
