Among the 100 innovative companies from G20 countries (only 5 from Italy), expert.ai will present its artificial intelligence solutions to venture capitalists on October 9-10 in Sorrento
Expert.ai is pleased to announce that it has been selected to participate in the G20 Innovation League. The event, which will be held in Sorrento on October 9-10, 2021 in advance of the Trade Ministerial Meeting, is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with ICE-Agenzia, CDP Venture Capital, SIMEST and in conjunction with the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition.
The G20 Innovation League will begin with a plenary panel discussion focusing on the major global challenges that must be addressed and the opportunities that each challenge offers to promote international trade, investment and innovation for the benefit of society. Then, five companies from each of the G20 countries will present their technology solutions to investors and venture capitalists to address each of the five challenges in simultaneous sessions.
The event will focus on the following five challenges: the opportunities related to clean tech, the potential and risks of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the efficient use of the Internet of Things (IoT), smart cities and mobility and the future of healthcare. Among the five Italian companies that will take part in the event, expert.ai will participate in the challenge dedicated to AI.
“Data is the most valuable asset for innovation and the ability to unlock its potential is the strategic lever for competitiveness,” said Stefano Spaggiari, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of expert.ai. “We are proud and deeply honored to present our solutions for language understanding and analysis of business information at this unique global event, which sees artificial intelligence at the center of a global debate aimed at making the transformation processes of enterprises more effective and supporting their economic growth.”
By stimulating international debate in the field of technological innovation, the G20 Innovation League also aims to encourage cooperation in the search for shared solutions to global challenges. At the end of the event, a panel of investors and business experts will select the ten companies that have presented the most effective proposals.
