Artificial Intelligence company Expert System today announced that Forrester Research, Inc. has named Cogito, its text analytics and cognitive computing platform, as a Strong Performer in “The Forrester Wave™: AI-based Text Analytics Platforms, Q2 2018” report.
In the report, which evaluates the eight most significant platforms, Cogito received the highest score possible in the depth of functionality and mix of rules and machine learning criteria. Forrester states that “Cogito produced one the highest levels of accuracy on an untrained data set among all participants.” Expert System also scored among the highest in the professional services organization and vertical specialization criteria.
