Today Expert System (EXSY), during the shareholders meeting of ADmantX S.p.A., its subsidiary for online semantic advertising, approved a €1,100,000 capital increase.
The capital increase was fully subscribed by a new investor through the issue of 106,144 new shares.
As a result of this transaction, Expert System now holds 70.59% of ADmantX, Atlante Ventures Mezzogiorno holds 19.37% and other shareholders retain 10.04%.
This capital increase, the second this month, confirms the interest in innovative solutions for Semantic Advertising. These resources will be used to implement growth strategies regarding company’s new Semantic Audience Profiling offer.
